ISO 9001 Quality Certification
With such trend on facing such rapidly changing global environment, TDCC is constantly striving to improve and upgrade its operations. Mechanisms have been put in place on maintaining ISO 9001:2000 quality management certifications, thereby improving the quality of the service provided towards customers and enhancing the efficiency of TDCC’s internal operations. TDCC received the ISO 9002:1994 and ISO 9001:2000 quality management certifications in February 1999 and in August 2002 respectively. In addition to securing the ISO certification in July 2005, TDCC introduced ISO Quality Management System into its Fixed Income Business Group after the official merger with DIDC and the short-term bills operations was additionally certified by UKAS (UK), ANAB (USA), SAS (Switzerland) and JAS-ANZ (Australia) both in December 2006 and August 2008. In September 2010, TDCC once again received the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification
For the concern of the integrity, the plenary and the practicality of the information security mechanisms; as well as providing the surveillance, the effectiveness and the stability for the securities and futures market, TDCC has devoted herself wholly and earnestly to the implementation and intensification of the information security mechanisms for a number of years. In 2004, TDCC became the 26th organization nationwide obtaining the certification of the BS7799 (BSI).
Based on the BS 7799, ISO has released the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System protocol in 2005; and TDCC was secured with such certification in the following year. In addition to this exceptional milestone, TDCC also substantiated the revised certification of ISO 27001:2013 in 2014, a remarkable achievement in continuously pursuing the most updated and adequate information security mechanisms.
