TDCC President Chen led a delegation to Frankfurt, Germany, to attend the ICMA Annual General Meeting & Conference 2025, organized by the International Capital Market Association. The team gained insights into recent developments in global capital markets and engaged in exchanges with ICMA member institutions.
TDCC held its 2025 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and conducted the election of the 13th-term board of directors and supervisors. Immediately following the shareholders’ meeting, a board meeting was convened. At the board meeting, all directors unanimously elected Mr. Bing-Huei Lin as Chairman of the Board and appointed Mr. Daniel Chen as President. These appointments aim to advance corporate governance and sustainable development, reinforcing the company’s steady operation.
At the 2025 Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) ceremony and international summit held in Bangkok by Enterprise Asia, TDCC was honored with the Social Empowerment Award under the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards for its Charitable Donations Supporting Community Care Centers program.
The Taiwan Individual Savings Account (TISA) system and the TISA Account Inquiry Platform, both developed by TDCC under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Commission, were officially launched.
This year, a total of 2,239 listed, OTC, and emerging stock companies adopted the eVoting service for their shareholders’ meetings, with the total number of electronic votes surpassing 20 million and total shares exceeding 400 billion. Additionally, 120 companies utilized the eMeeting service for virtual shareholder meetings, and this number also set a new record.
The 4th TDCC Cup Archery Friendship Tournament, organized by TDCC, was enthusiastically held at Taichung Municipal Szu Chen Junior High School. The event brought together archery teams from eight elementary and junior high schools across Taiwan. All participating students gave their utmost effort, demonstrating boundless potential and a strong fighting spirit.
TDCC held a launch event for the “Digital Stewardship Services,” introducing three new features on the ESG IR Platform, including the Sustainability Performance – Financed Emissions Calculator. At the event, appreciation certificates were presented to 22 financial institutions that were early adopters of the Shareholder Meeting Voting Disclosure Service on Each Separate Proposal. This was to show the recognition of their active response to the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC)’s initiatives on shareholder activism and stewardship governance.
In response to the activation of the TISA system, the Taiwan Stock Museum, operated by TDCC, added a dedicated TISA section to its thematic exhibition on funds. This section introduces the TISA policy and content, aiming to capitalize on the TISA trend alongside the public and promote financial literacy from an early stage.
TDCC sent delegates to Toronto, Canada, to attend the 2025 International Conference organized by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).”
TDCC hosted the TISA Launch Event at the Courtyard by Marriott Taipei Downtown. FSC Chairman Jin-Lung Peng, Director General Chen-Shan Chang of the Securities and Futures Bureau, and Director-General Hsiu-Ling Sung of the Ministry of Finance’s Taxation Administration were invited to the launch ceremony, which ushers in a new chapter for financial literacy among the general public.
The 27th class of trainee prosecutors from the Academy for the Judiciary, the Ministry of Justice, visited TDCC. TDCC President Daniel Chen personally received the delegation. A briefing on the company’s operations was then presented, followed by an exchange of ideas.
