TDCC hosted an “Everyone Supports Baseball” charity event at the Rakuten Taoyuan Baseball Stadium, where the baseball team of Jiang Mei Elementary School in Penghu County interacted with their idol baseball players and watched the Chinese Professional Baseball League game. The event aimed to encourage these young players to pursue their dreams.

TDCC held the 2023 annual general meeting. Acting Chairman Chen stated in the meeting that TDCC would continue to optimize the market’s digital innovation service mechanism, expand diverse business areas, and exert positive influence on industry development and sustainable finance.

TDCC sent representatives to the 23rd ACG Cross Training Seminar in Bali, Indonesia. During the seminar, each Task Forces Convener of ACG were arranged to hold discussions on related topics, and the representative from Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) also gave a keynote speech to share the current development of the country’s capital market.

TDCC hosted an ISTF (Investor Services Task Force) seminar with the topic of “Investor Services in the Digital Age: Latest Development and Innovation”. “Digital Innovation in Investor Services,” whose focus was on digital innovation in investor services. Representatives from KSD Korea, NSDL India, and other CSDs were invited to share how they used innovative thinking to develop investor services. More than 100 delegates from 20 ACG member organizations attended the meeting.

TDCC held an interim board meeting; Mr. Bing-Huei Lin was elected as Chairman, followed by the handover ceremony. Chairman Lin stated that he would support the Financial Supervisory Commission in promoting major financial policies such as the “Capital Market Roadmap”. He would also actively cooperate with related institutions to continue promoting four major visions: innovation, resilience, sustainability, and financial inclusion to pioneer a new chapter for Taiwan’s financial market.

TDCC held a press conference, “Open Securities Goes Live,” announcing the official launch of Open Finance—Open Securities Data Inquiry Service. Deputy Director General Zhang from the Securities and Futures Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Commission, attended the press conference in-person. In addition, the atmosphere was enthusiastic with the presence and support of representatives from securities peripherals, relevant associations, securities and futures practitioners, and fintech service providers.

TDCC launched the eNotice Platform for stock affairs electronic notifications, providing TWSE-listed companies, TPEx-listed companies, and OTC-listed companies with electronic notification services for dividend distribution. The aim was to enhance the digital development of the entire securities market and actively implement the concept of ESG sustainability.

TDCC and FundRich Securities jointly held a press conference for the “Pension Platform” project and launched the “Grow Up Well” event under the project framework. The companies called on citizens to prepare for retirement as early as possible and to establish children’s education funds to achieve the goal of “caring for the old and protecting the young.”

TDCC’s Senior Executive Vice President Chen led a team to attend the ‘The 9th Taiwan Youth Soccer Tournament” and cheered for the long-sponsored soccer team of Dong Gang Senior High School (Junior High School Division) in Pingtung County.
07/30 TDCC sponsored the children’s play, “The New Incense Burner of the All-Hearing God” of Paper Windmill Theatre. The show was also the first performance at the reopening of the Taipei Cultural Center; families from Taiwan Fund for Children and Families in New Taipei City were invited to watch the performance together, which was very meaningful.
