
TDCC donated a batch of operational equipment to the Songshan Precinct of the Taipei City Police Department. The equipment was presented by Senior Executive Vice President Huang.

Under the guidance of the FSC, the number of participants in the Taiwan Individual Savings Account (TISA), promoted and established by the TDCC, surpassed 40,000. This service has successfully set off a new wave of financial management among the public.
Together with the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, TDCC held a results presentation of the Digital Finance Customer Experience Satisfaction Survey to gain insights into consumer feedback on digital financial services and help foster a more user-friendly fintech ecosystem.

To demonstrate Taiwan’s commitment and progress in promoting an Asian Asset Management Hub, Taiwan hosted its first-ever Taiwan Weeks. TDCC Chairman Lin was invited to attend the opening ceremony. Along with hundreds of representatives from listed companies, the financial sector, international exchanges, and institutional investors, Chairman Lin exchanged perspectives and experiences on how capital markets supported industrial development.

TDCC participated in the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC)’s ETF Investment Expo held at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. The Company introduced TISA-related services at its exhibition booth, engaged with the public, and provided professional consultation.

In collaboration with the R.O.C. Bills Finance Association, TDCC officially launched the Sustainable Commercial Paper mechanism, marking a significant milestone in Taiwan’s sustainable finance development.
TDCC’s e Meeting Platform received two significant honors at the 22nd National Brand Yushan Awards: The Best Product Award and the Most Popular Brand Award. Senior Executive Vice President Ching accepted the awards on behalf of the Company.

TDCC Chairman Lin led a delegation to Milan, Italy, to participate in the 30th Annual Conference of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). The aim was to actively engage with the latest global trends in corporate governance and strengthen Taiwan’s alignment with international standards.

In response to the government’s Asian Asset Management Hub initiative, TDCC launched the online Private Placement Product Inquiry Section, which provides eligible investors with convenient, one-stop access to relevant information.
TDCC received the iSports Enterprise Certification from the Ministry of Sports for the third time. President Chen received the certification on behalf of the Company.

TDCC hosted the 2025 Junior Staff Workshop at the Courtyard by Marriott Taipei. The Company invited representatives from Japan’s JASDEC, Korea’s KSD, and Indonesia’s KSEI to explore business innovation, technological applications, and cross-border market development trends. The event injected new momentum into next-generation international cooperation.

TDCC Chairman Lin was invited to speak as a panelist at the Commercial Times’ forum titled “Strengthening Asset Management to Embrace a Golden Era.”

In collaboration with First Commercial Bank, Hua Nan Commercial Bank, E.SUN Bank, and CTBC Bank, TDCC introduced the third phase of Open Banking, transaction-level information services. Through the TDCC e-PASSBOOK app, investors can now link to their accounts in these banks to perform TWD transfers, convert demand deposits to time deposits, and terminate time deposits. The new phase has marked a milestone in Taiwan’s open finance development.
TDCC participated in the 2025 Taipei International Financial Expo hosted by Business Today. The Company offered TISA-related service information at its exhibition booth, engaged with the public, and provided professional consultation.

TDCC took part in the 2025 Charity Carnival from the Love of Financial Services Providers (Chiayi session) organized by the Taiwan Financial Services Roundtable. TDCC introduced Shareholder e-Services at its exhibition booth, interacted with the public, and offered professional consultation.

Together with FundRich Securities, TDCC held the 2025 Growing Up Well – Big Hands Holding Little Hands for Better Investments event at the Taipei Children’s Amusement Park. Senior Executive Vice President Ching represented TDCC in donating to the Eden Social Welfare Foundation, A Kernel of Wheat Foundation, Hondao Senior Citizen’s Welfare Foundation, Mennonite Social Welfare Foundation, and Old Five Old Foundation to support disadvantaged elderly individuals with care and support.

Senior Executive Vice President Ching received the Outstanding Market Service Talent Award in the Golden Yi Award from the Securities and Futures Institute.

Investigators and trainees from the Taipei City Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice visited TDCC. President Chen hosted the reception, conducted communication, and exchanged views on the Company’s business operations.
TDCC celebrated its 36th anniversary at Miramar Entertainment Park in Taipei. TDCC staff watched the documentary A Chip Odyssey, witnessing Taiwan’s journey toward becoming a semiconductor powerhouse. This serves as an encouragement for the employees to advancing in the financial market with dedication and original intention.

TDCC received the ESG Sustainability Award from the British Standards Institution (BSI). The award was accepted by Director Wang of the Corporate Strategy and Public Affairs Department.

TDCC received dual honors at the 2025 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) by the Taiwan Institute of Sustainable Energy (TAISE). The Company won the Gold Award for Corporate Sustainability Reports Award and the Growth Through Innovation Leadership Award. Senior Executive Vice President Huang received the awards on behalf of the Company.
