TDCC has partnered with Proxymity, a global proxy voting platform, to enable its foreign clients to vote at shareholders' meetings through TDCC’s cross-border Straight-Through Processing (STP) services. This collaboration facilitates international shareholders' participation in Taiwan’s shareholders' meetings.

TDCC held its Lunar New Year gathering for the Year of the Red Horse. Chairman Lin stated that TDCC will build a dual-core financial back office powered by AI technologies and digital innovation. He also encouraged TDCC employees to develop cross-disciplinary thinking and embody the drive of a “Red Horse,” leading their teams with the momentum of “Yi-Ma-Dang-Xian (meaning taking the digital lead in Chinese idiom)” and “running at full horsepower” to reach new heights together.

TDCC participated in the “Kaohsiung Smart City Summit & Expo 2026,” organized by the Taipei Computer Association at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. TDCC set up an exhibition booth to promote TISA-related services, engaged with the public and provided dedicated consultation services.

Principal Guo-Qing Li of Fenglin Elementary School in Hualien County led teachers and students to visit TDCC. TDCC held the launch event for its “eGift” (Shareholder Meeting eGift Service) at the Courtyard by Marriott Taipei Downtown. The event was graced by distinguished guests, including FSC Chairman Jin-Lung Peng, CPBL Commissioner Chi-Chang Tsai, and Director-General Ching-Ping Kao of the Securities and Futures Bureau. Representatives from five major eGift providers, along with numerous TWSE-listed, TPEx-listed, and Emerging Stock companies and transfer agents, attended the ceremony to celebrate this milestone, injecting new digital momentum into the capital market.
