TDCC held a spring festival rally. Chairman Lin stated that the TDCC would continue to deepen the four major visions—Innovation, Resilience, Inclusiveness, and Sustainability—to build a more outstanding financial infrastructure, strengthen operational resilience, and meet market changes and innovations.

TDCC cooperated with the Korea Securities Depository (KSD) and the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) to host the 2024 AFSF and ISTF Joint Workshop. The event attracted nearly 80 representatives from 26 institutions, including the U.S. Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), international central securities depositories Clearstream, Euroclear, and the Indonesian Securities Regulatory Authority.

Principal Chen Jun-Xiong from Bei Chang Elementary School in Hualien County led teachers and students to visit TDCC to express gratitude for the company’s long-term sponsorship of their spotlight program. The funding helped the school promote music teaching, establish sports clubs, and provide children with diverse learning opportunities.

To expand the Stock Affairs Electronic Notice Platform (eNotice platform) service, TDCC officially launched an ETF dividend distribution electronic notification service and held multiple lottery events. The total prize amount exceeded 6 million NT dollars.

TDCC President Chen led colleagues to volunteer for a day at Datong Elementary School in Taoyuan City to assist with screening the movie “Formosa 3D.” By supporting the 3D movie truck touring campuses around the island, TDCC aims to foster students’ ESG sustainability awareness and foundational financial concepts from perspectives of life, environment, and humanities and to spread positive energy around Taiwan through action.

Under the guidance of the FSC, TDCC participated in the “Net Zero City Expo 2050” organized by the National Development Council and Taipei Computer Association at Nangang Exhibition Hall. TDCC interacted with the public and provided expert business consultations.

TDCC attended the “TFF-Bloomberg Best Fund Awards 2023,” a community service event organized by the Taipei Foundation of Finance. Vice Chairperson Tsuey-Ling Hsiao of the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) presented a certificate of appreciation, which was accepted by Senior Executive Vice President Jing on behalf of TDCC.

Mr. Jamie Allen, Secretary General of the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA), led a delegation to visit TDCC and discussed issues regarding Taiwan’s corporate governance and TDCC’s ESG services with Chairman Lin.

TDCC sponsored the Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation’s 10th walking event, “A Good Walk Together, Every Day,” and encouraged employees to participate as teams. By actively participating and accompanying people with disabilities and their families to go outdoors, TDCC collectively supports the involvement of disabled individuals in community service activities.
