Users of TDCC eNotice Surpasses 500,000 Milestone with Big Prizes Up for Grabs

Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) has expanded the scope of its eNotice platform, beyond the electronic notification of share /cash dividends for TWSE-listed, TPEx-listed, emerging stocks, and public offering companies. Starting from March 15, 2024, eNotice has also included ETF income distribution notifications, enabling investors to receive detailed information for ETF dividends electronically.

Amid the digital era and the surge in domestic ETF enthusiasm, the number of investors’ applications for eNotice has officially surpassed 500,000, marking a new milestone for the eNotice platform. Not only does the eNotice service allow investors to instantly access dividend information while safeguarding personal privacy, but it also helps issuers achieve energy-saving and carbon-reducing benefits, embodying ESG principles. Since its launch, the service has received widespread acclaim in the market. As of April 19, 1,116 companies and 16 securities investment trusts have signed contracts to use the eNotice platform.

To celebrate the launch of ETF eNotice, TDCC is hosting a related prize draw event from March 15 to June 30, inviting investors to participate. To commemorate reaching the milestone of 500,000 eNotice users, TDCC will draw five winners for the " Achievement awards ", each receiving NT$10,000 postal vouchers. Additionally, prizes such as convenience store vouchers will be continuously awarded to both new and existing users through the " New users awards " and "Valid users awards ". Investors who have not yet applied the eNotice are encouraged to quickly utilize the "Stockservices" website, download the TDCC ePassbook App or Securities firms App, click on the " Stockservices " link, and apply to consent to the eNotice service for a chance to win prizes!

In addition to providing the eNotice service, " Stockservices " also integrates convenient digital securities services such as electronic voting (eVoting) and shareholder meeting video conferences (eMeeting). Daniel Chen, President of TDCC, reminds investors that with the peak season for shareholder meetings approaching, 109 companies will hold hybrid shareholders' meeting this year. Investors are advised to make use of eVoting and eMeeting services to participate in shareholder meetings, practicing shareholder activism. Furthermore, applying to use the eNotice service can also reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainable development, offering multiple benefits to investors.
