Financial Literacy for Youth (FLY) Courses
Some tertiary students, due to family financial factors, must share household expenses or raise their own tuition and living expenses. As they are occupied with part-time work, their academic performance is adversely affected, and they lack funds to pay for registration fees or courses for technical and vocational certification exams, placing them at a relative disadvantage in employment conditions. In 2015, the Company invited financial, securities, and futures peripheral institutions to establish the "Financial Literacy for Youth (FLY) Courses", assisting tertiary students from economically disadvantaged families by providing financial professional knowledge, guidance in obtaining financial licenses, and assistance in matching them with financial industry positions, in order to improve their financial circumstances and promote social inclusion.

TDCC aims to use corporate resources to provide children with a well-rounded education that includes art, music, sports, technology, and digital learning.
