Following the success in the 2015 school year, the Financial Literacy for Youth program (FLY) 2016 took off on September 11 in 10 campuses across the nation. Mr. Din Ko Hwa, Chairman, Financial Supervisory Commission, R.O.C was invited to be the head master this year, and he was there in the Chihlee University of Technology encouraging all participated students.

Sherman Lin, Chairman and CEO of Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation, stated that in response to the FSC's call for strengthening our obligatory duties to give back to the society, and advancing more companies from the finance sector to be actively involved in public interests, TDCC has invited institutions from the finance sector to provide a series of courses to students in need. In addition to the necessary trainings, this program will further assist them to take the required tests for obtaining various professional certifications to enhance the competitiveness in their future employment opportunities. Upon the completion of this program, some job placements will also be made available to them. Therefore, those who come from a less fortunate background can enjoy the chances to help their families securing a better financial stability. Great reviews have been rippling since the inception of this program, as well as the impressive outcomes. TDCC continues to "FLY" as anticipated by all concerned parties.
