TDCC acquired 2019 "Athletic Corporate Accreditation" from Sports Administration, Ministry of Education. In order to encourage cooperation between the government and businesses and highlight corporate athletic involvement, Sports Administration launched "Athletic Corporate Accreditation" and the event has been held for four years. TDCC won this honor at the company's first participation; both quantitative and qualitative materials passed professionals' evaluation and inspection. This accreditation shows TDCC's endeavor to create an exercise-friendly work environment for employees and enthusiasm for holding a variety of sports events.

Athletic Corporate Accreditation not only elevates Taiwan's workplace quality but also becomes the indicator of talent acquisition. For the past three years, more than one hundred corporations have participated, and those with accreditation have had striking advantages at campus recruitment, which points out university graduates not only focus on job description but also take into consideration corporate image and culture.
