TDCC Received 2022 "Athletic Corporate Accreditation"

On November 8th, the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education held an award ceremony to honor the 2022 corporate recipients of the Athletic Corporate Accreditation. This year, TDCC participated and once again received the honor. President Te-Hsiang Chen received the award on behalf of the company.
In order to encourage collaboration between the government and enterprises, and highlight the actual performance of corporates' participation in sports, the Sports Administration launched the "Athletic Corporate Accreditation" certification, which is entering its 7th year. TDCC's quantitative and qualitative materials passed rounds of professional reviews and inspection. The accreditation is a recognition of TDCC's endeavor to create an exercise-friendly work environment for employees and enthusiasm for holding a variety of sports events.
In TDCC, there are numerous sports clubs including table tennis club, badminton club, basketball club, softball club, Tai Chi club, dance club, and yoga club, and professional coaches are hired for instructions. A multi-functional education center in the office building and outdoor sports fields for rent provide TDCC employees with ways to relieve stress and cultivate interests. Through sports, rapport can be built and great stamina can be created.
According to President Chen, TDCC has always valued its employees' physical and mental development. Despite the epidemic over the past two years, the company has continued to take care of the physical and mental health of its employees, adjust the pace of sports promotion, and break the limitation of working remotely. By combining technology with sports, TDCC held online health-themed courses and educated colleagues on nutrition and fitness related knowledge. Sports training videos were shared among employee groups so they could exercise anytime, anywhere. In addition, TDCC has been sponsoring athletic training programs such as soccer, archery and badminton in rural schools, aiming to develop national athletic talents and improve lives of disadvantaged children through sports, which implements TDCC's social responsibilities.
To encourage employees to develop a regular exercise habit, TDCC has been actively participating in sports events in the financial sector and taking turns to hold tournaments with peripheral institutes in securities and futures. Company executives not only show support for coworkers on site but also participate in the games themselves to fight for honor and elevate corporate coherence.
