TDCC's eNotice platform, which provides electronic notifications for corporate dividend and ETF distribution, has surpassed 600,000 users. To celebrate, TDCC is launching the "Achievement Award" lottery, offering five winners a prize of NT$10,000 postal gift coupons each! Investors who register for eNotice by June 30th will also have a chance to win convenience store vouchers.
In gratitude for investors' enthusiastic participation in eNotice, TDCC will continue to hold weekly drawings for the "New User Award" of NT$100 and monthly drawings for the "Valid User Award" of NT$300 convenience store vouchers until June 30th. Investors who have not yet applied for eNotice can quickly do so via the "Stockservices" website, TDCC ePassbook App or Securities firms App. Successful eNotice registration via "Stockservices" qualifies them for the prize draws.
President Daniel Chen of TDCC explained that the eNotice platform, launched on June 30th last year, has seen continuous growth, surpassing 600,000 users within a year. This milestone signifies investors' strong support for digitalization policies and environmental sustainability initiatives. TDCC remains committed to providing high-quality services and experiences to every investor. With shareholder meeting season approaching, investors can also use "Stockservices" for electronic voting (eVoting) and participate in shareholder meeting video conferences (eMeeting) Additionally, by applying for the eNotice service, investors can fully experience TDCC's comprehensive digital securities ecosystem, which not only ensures active shareholder participation and uninterrupted information flow but also reduces the carbon footprint, collectively advancing the goal of sustainable finance.
Through the eNotice platform, investors can conveniently access information such as distribution dates and dividend amounts at any time, eliminating the need for paper notifications and ensuring personal financial privacy. Currently, 1,159 issuing companies (including all ETF issuers) have signed up to use the eNotice platform, highlighting corporate recognition of the digital needs of modern shareholders and the implementation of sustainable environmental policies.
