TDCC held a grand TDCC E-Academy achievement presentation and naming awards ceremony on August 31, 2022, and the event was conducted physically and livestreamed. TDCC Chairman, Han-Chiang Chu, and Galaxy Software Services Chairmen, Pei-Yong Chang, both joined the event. In the presentation, each contesting department incorporated innovative thinking into the knowledge management methodology. Through the ever-improving PDCA circle, what was learned was internalized and presented in various ways. The presentation was quite impressive, and the judges selected five winning departments, bringing a perfect conclusion to the presentation.

During the pandemic, working from home and learning online have become the new normal of business operations. TDCC E-Academy, which officially went live this May, makes the tacit knowledge of the whole company and interdepartmental affairs explicit. In addition, the academy utilizes a powerful search engine, producing accurate and speedy search results and facilitating horizontal interdepartmental communication and cooperation. Senior staff’s abundant experience can be passed down without time and space restrictions, and a new TDCC knowledge-sharing culture is created.

As Chairman Chu indicates, TDCC has been devoted to cultivating the whole market for over three decades, and the company’s business has been extended from B2B to B2B2C or even to B2B2H (Human). The company aims to create an ecosystem of people orientation, friendliness, fairness, and inclusion and to keep abreast of the times through business transformation and innovation. Now TDCC employees “have a head for figures;” the word “figures” here indicates “digitalization” and “data.” TDCC also aspires to become a data and digital company. TDCC E-Academy, the knowledge management system constructed through the cooperation with Galaxy Software Services, is TDCC’s “depository of holy scripts,” providing ideal assistance in the company’s digital transformation.

Chairman Chu further points out that as each school’s new semester has started, so has TDCC E-Academy. It is expected that TDCC E-Academy can accumulate many people’s wisdom, inspire innovative thinking, and create even more comprehensive applications. In this way, the academy can provide the market with highly efficient and optimal all-round services and function as an essential cornerstone for TDCC’s sustainable development.
