To reinforce TDCC with digitalization as well as cyber security and to promote sustainable development of the capital market, TDCC will start external recruitment of six job categories in the second half of the year: sub-brokerage business planning, fund business planning, system development, big data, application development, and cyber security administration, with a total of 16-20 people. Remarkable talents with innovative, digital, and data capabilities are invited to join TDCC and create a brand new digital fintech ecosystem.

With the support of the FSC and financial institutions, TDCC has been the only back-office institution for the cross-capital market and currency market, providing all-round services of central custody, clearing, and book-entry for five core business categories: stocks, futures, bonds and bills, cross-border custody, and funds. In recent years, the company has kept abreast of the times and devoted itself to business transformation and innovation. With both core and innovative business, the range of services has kept expanding, and the number of clienteles has continued increasing. In the future, the company will start implementing five major action plans: “constructing Onshore Fund Centralized Settlement System,” “developing 4e issuer services,” “joining the ESG sustainable investment trend,” “establishing sub-brokerage cross-border custody services,” and “strengthening cyber security resilience.” The company aims to carry out the development strategies of “innovation,” “resilience,” and “sustainability,” providing the entire market with value-added digital experiences.
