TDCC ePASSBOOK Active User Number Exceeds 3.5 Million; the Launch of eNotice Expected

On October 13, 2022, the number of TDCC ePASSBOOK App active users officially reached over 3.5 million. TDCC has surveyed users’ needs to improve user experience and optimize the company’s service. The result shows the function that over 63% of users expect the most is the electronic notification of shareholder services information, including shareholder meetings and dividend issuance.
Continuing with the service philosophy of customer-centered design, TDCC has set “dividend issuance electronic notification” (eNotice) as the top priority for TDCC ePASSBOOK development. In the future, through their TDCC ePASSBOOK App, investors can receive personalized dividend issuance push notifications, including the date of issuance, dividend statement, and net total.
