TDCC eNotice Service Goes Online for One Week, with 50,000 Investors Registered and Over 650 Companies Signed Up

2023/07/10

TDCC's eNotice Platform has been officially launched since June 30, 2023. So far, more than 50,000 individual and institutional investors have registered on the platform, and over 650 listed companies have completed the signing process. Among them, approximately 150 listed companies are set to be the first to utilize the eNotice platform during the dividend season in July and August, generating a highly positive market response.

To access the electronic dividend notification service, investors and institutional entities need to complete registration on the eNotice platform and agree to receive electronic notifications. In order to attract investors, TDCC has organized a special eNotice lucky draw event. Within just one week of its launch, over 50,000 investors have actively participated, completed the activation process on the platform, and more than 13,000 individuals have won prizes. On the institutional side, the first to complete activation were government agencies represented by the National Treasury Administration of the Ministry of Finance, making them the pioneering governmental entities to agree to receive eNotice services. Additionally, five major foreign custody banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank, representing over 13,000 foreign clients, have also consented to receive electronic notifications, collectively experiencing this convenient digital service.

TDCC's President, Te-Hsiang Chen, emphasized that from now until September 30, all investors, regardless of whether they hold stocks, can participate in the lucky draw event by completing registration and agreeing to receive eNotice services through the TDCC's ePassbook App, securities firms' apps, or directly accessing the shareholder e-service platform. The lucky draw offers over 60,000 prizes, with a total prize money exceeding 10 million, welcoming all investors to participate.

President Chen also urged listed companies on the main board, over-the-counter market, and emerging markets that have not yet signed up for the eNotice service to do so promptly, enabling shareholders to instantly access dividend information and effectively pursue ESG sustainable development goals.
