TDCC, in line with its commitment to promote the sustainable development of the capital market, is currently recruiting 29 to 31 professionals across 7 job categories, including business planning, operations, legal affairs, finance, system development, cyber security, and network management. TDCC is inviting individuals with strong digital, innovation, and data analytics skills to join the team and collectively create a new digital financial ecosystem.

With over 30 years of experience, TDCC's main mission is to serve as the backbone of the financial market by aligning with national policies, advancing financial inclusion, and ensuring sustainable operations. Supported by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and the financial industry, TDCC has consistently transformed and innovated its operations. Our service scope and target audience have expanded, making it the only back-office institution for both the capital and money markets. TDCC provides comprehensive services, including central depository, clearing, and book-entry services for five core business areas: stocks, futures, bonds and bills, cross-border custody, and funds. Through the application of financial technology and big data, TDCC has developed innovative digital financial services and offers integrated services for the entire market and government agencies.

In March 2023, TDCC officially established the "Digital Development & Information Security Department," focusing on digital and information security. This dedicated department integrates diverse data to develop innovative applications, build a secure, convenient, and stable digital financial infrastructure, and deepen the vision for innovation, resilience, sustainability, and financial inclusion. Furthermore, TDCC will fully cooperate with regulatory policies, manage fund raising reviews, and support the development of the fund industry to provide a more comprehensive and complete service for the capital market.
