TDCC developed the ePassbook App, which provides investors with a one-stop inquiry service for securities, funds, bank deposits, and shareholder rights such as cash dividends, stock dividends and ETF income distributions. The ePassbook App has been well-received by investors, with over 90% of investors choose to apply for the app when opening securities accounts. The number of users grows rapidly, having surpassed the milestone of 5 million accounts.

Daniel Chen, President of TDCC, stated that the ePassbook App offers a diversified asset integration inquiry service. Investors can not only check the market value and transaction details of their securities but also inquire about onshore and offshore funds which were subscribed through investment trust companies and the fund distributors. Additionally, they can inquire bank deposit and transaction details of 16 financial institutions. Last June, the app started to provide the application channel for dividend distribution electronic notifications service (eNotice) and introduced inquiry and push notification functions in the app. Besides receiving electronic dividend distribution notifications via email, investors can also check cash dividends payment amounts or stock dividends quantities through the app. As of March of this year, the scope of electronic notifications has expanded to include ETF income distributions.
