Chairman Bing-Huei Lin stated that TDCC has long been dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity management and defense, gradually establishing a comprehensive cybersecurity development strategy, technology, and management system. Since 2004, TDCC's three core information systems have adopted a cybersecurity management system, continuously expanding its coverage to all information systems. In 2021, TDCC passed the ISO 27001 certification for the entire organization, and this year, it completed the certification for the ISO 27001:2022 revision. TDCC received outstanding award in the cybersecurity audits conducted by the Executive Yuan in both 2020 and 2023.

Cybersecurity is the foundation for the development of innovative financial services. TDCC has implemented cybersecurity regulations across all departments, not just the IT unit, ensuring compliance and continuously updating its cybersecurity management procedures. Additionally, the company has also established a multi-layered defense structure covering networks, host systems, applications, and data to protect the security of critical information systems and customer data. Furthermore, the company's senior managers actively lead all cybersecurity meetings at all levels, demonstrating a strong commitment to the execution of cybersecurity management.

The urgent demand for cybersecurity talent is a challenge faced by both public and private sectors. In addition to continuously maintaining certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and TPIPAS for cybersecurity, operational continuity, and personal data protection, TDCC has implemented long-term training programs for cybersecurity professionals, enhancing practical experience to create a high-quality digital security environment. In recent years, in response to the operational risks associated with digital business development, TDCC has actively strengthened the security of its data center, enhanced the functions of its Security Operations Center (SOC), and continuously reinforced cybersecurity resilience to maintain the stable operation of the market.
