Shareholder e-Services Take Another Step Forward: TDCC eNotice Platform Introduces New “Electronic Public Tender Offer Notifications”

2026/10/02

The wave of digitization continues to advance, bringing shareholder notifications another step closer to a paperless future! Starting September 24, the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) has expanded its eNotice Platform for electronic shareholder services by introducing the new “Electronic Tender Offer Notification” service, providing investors with a more convenient and efficient digital service.

Full Coverage of Three Key Tender Offer Notices for Real-Time Insights into Investment Dynamics

Chen-Chen Huang, Senior Executive Vice President of TDCC, noted that since its launch, the eNotice Platform has won strong support and trust from investors. The newly added eNotice service covers three major types of tender offer notifications: “Notification of Changes to Tender Offer Terms,” “Notification of Expiration of the Tender Offer Period,” and “Notification of Payment of Tender Offer Consideration.” Once the offeror completes an agreement with TDCC and an investor participates in the tender offer for that case, they can receive real-time notifications for each critical stage via the email address registered on the eNotice Platform and through the TDCC e-Passbook App. This eliminates the time lag associated with waiting for physical mail, making information access faster and more transparent.

Investors Who Previously Enabled eNotice Must "Re-Consent" to Unlock the New Service

TDCC reminds investors that because the Tender Offer eNotice is a brand-new expanded service, investors who have previously enabled electronic notices for dividends or other items on the eNotice Platform must log in to the eNotice Platform again and agree to the latest version of the eNotice service terms. Upon completing the consent process, investors can smoothly receive various tender offer electronic notices when participating in eligible tender offer cases in the future, ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected without missing a beat.

eNotice Service Scope Expands Further, Green Finance Yields Remarkable Results

With the official launch of the Tender Offer eNotice, the eNotice Platform has expanded its service scope from the distribution of dividends, shares issued through cash capital increases, and ETF income to tender offers, further enhancing the capital market with a more timely, convenient, and comprehensive digital shareholder service experience. The eNotice Platform not only demonstrates the high level of digital engagement among Taiwan's investors but also substantially drives green finance and sustainable development. Looking ahead, TDCC will continue to listen to market demands, expand diversified digital application scenarios, and invite all investors to join in supporting the convenient, low-carbon eNotice Platform to build a more robust digital financial ecosystem.
