The 25th ACG Cross Training Seminar (CTS) recently concluded successfully in Yokohama, Japan. As the convener of the ACG Investor Services Task Force (ISTF), the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) hosted a seminar discussion on Technology and Digital Innovation, and nearly 100 representatives from 30 ACG member organizations participated, significantly enhancing Taiwan’s visibility and influence in the Asia-Pacific CSD industry.

Under the theme of "Enhancing the Future of Investor Services with Technology and Digital Innovation, "TDCC invited 10 speakers from ACG member organizations, including Korea Securities Depository (KSD), Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGX), Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDCPL), Indonesia Central Securities Depository PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), and Central Securities Depository Joint-stock Company ( Republic of Kazakhstan) (KCSD) , to share their latest developments in financial innovation, practical experiences, and future plans. TDCC also presented the new “eFastChannel Platform” feature of the TDCC e-Passbook App, which offers streamlined investor services. By facilitating the exchange of innovative applications across countries, the event aimed to advance service quality and operational efficiency in the Asia-Pacific CSD industry.

In addition to hosting the Investor Services Seminar, TDCC was also invited to participate in task force sessions hosted by the KSD and the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC). TDCC delivered presentations on the e-Counter platform for electronic shareholder services and on the cross-border custody services, demonstrating its achievements in digitalizing shareholder affairs and protecting Taiwanese investors' overseas assets.

As a member of the ACG Executive Committee, TDCC embraces an open and collaborative spirit rooted in mutual benefit by actively participating in various international initiatives to foster global cooperation and showcase its commitment to digital innovation, inclusive finance, and sustainable resilience. Through these efforts, TDCC demonstrates its dedication to realizing a vision of shared growth and mutual benefit across the Asia-Pacific CSD industry.
