The 22nd National Brand Yushan Award Ceremony was held on October 21st. For the third consecutive year, Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation (TDCC) was honored with the prestigious National Brand Yushan Award. This year, TDCC eMeeting Platform received accolades in two categories: Best Product and Best Popular Brand. The platform received national recognition for its role in enhancing corporate governance and promoting shareholder activism, and TDCC once again received high recognition from the judges.

Dr. Bing-Huei Lin, Chairman of TDCC, stated that TDCC has been aligning with the policies and initiatives established by regulatory authorities and is focused on the digitalization of shareholder services. TDCC offers a range of digital applications, including eVoting, eMeeting, eNotice, and eCounter. In addition to the existing services, TDCC is developing the electronic shareholder meeting souvenir services (eGift), building a comprehensive ecosystem of the shareholder e-Services.

TDCC eMeeting Platform serves for issuing companies to convene hybrid and virtual shareholder meetings. Since its launch in April 2022, the number of companies adopting TDCC eMeeting platform has steadily increased each year. In 2025, 120 companies from diverse industries—including finance, semiconductor, ICT, machinery, cement, steel, tourism, transportation and biotechnology—finished hybrid annual general meetings using TDCC eMeeting Platform. All the meetings were successfully held, and both individual and institutional investors have demonstrated strong engagement on the platform.

Shareholders may access the eMeeting platform through various channels, including personal computers, TDCC’s “ePassbook” app, and brokerage trading apps. After completing sign-up, shareholders should register first and check in on the meeting date to attend shareholder meetings. The registration period is between 30 days to 3 days prior to the meeting date. TDCC eMeeting platform features a one-stop design, allowing the entire shareholder meeting process—including sign-up, registration, check-in, viewing live streaming, online Q&A, and voting for shareholders, as well as vote counting for issuing companies—within a single platform. TDCC eMeeting Platform provides a convenient and high-quality digital experience for shareholders.
