In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), Taiwan Stock Museum is hosting the TDCC 30th Anniversary Special Exhibition from November 11 2019 to April 30 2020. TDCC was founded 30 years ago. The 30-year-old institute has witnessed the economic take-off in Taiwan. In the early stages, TDCC offered services like custody of shares. Now the scope of services has expanded and diversified, including businesses concerning equity securities, funds, stock transactions, fixed-income instruments, and information. In recent years, TDCC has been actively facilitating financial innovation, providing quality services, and assisting the competent authority in promoting relevant policies. TDCC not only helps satisfy the needs of parties involved, but it also boosts digital transformation in domestic capital markets.

To better introduce the development of capital markets in the past 30 years, Taiwan Stock Museum deliberately incorporates static displays and dynamic interactive exhibits for the exhibition. The museum remodeled the “Turning Hall,” a stock interactive theater, into a venue for interactive animations. Animated figures will illustrate the metamorphosis from printed stocks to paperless stocks. Participants can have their own visiting experience through touch screen technology. In addition, visitors can also send their awesome selfies taken in the Big Fun Photo Booth and Stamp Booth to their friends immediately via social media. During the exhibition, visitors will receive an exquisite souvenir once they upload their photos taken in the exhibition area with a check-in location onto Facebook.
