In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's (FSC) ESG policies, TDCC has been recognized as a benchmark enterprise in the Intermediate Category of the "2023 Parenting Friendly Workplace Award." The award ceremony was held on December 1st, with President Mr. Te-Hsiang Chen accepted the award on behalf of TDCC. The recognition highlights TDCC's commitment to employee well-being and creating a workplace that fosters happiness.

In collaboration with the Sustainable Citizens Award, the inaugural "Parenting Friendly Workplace Award" was held by the Parenting Magazine by CommonWealth Group and evaluated over 200 prominent companies. TDCC stood out for its well-rounded employee welfare system, earning the prestigious honor.
